Ability - is the psychical and individual attribute which gives the capacity to fulfill in good conditions an action
Attitude - is the capacity that gives a constructive way of thinking in any situation
Penetrating spirit - regards conscience, thinking, reason and intelligence
Vision - manifest the inclination to have ideals, predicting and preparing for good or bad moments
Competence - the capacity of solving problems
Intuition - represent the capacity of discovering, spontaneously, instinctive and rational the esence of a concrete and exceptional situation
Motivation - the reason that makes someone to act in a certain way
Reputation - the public opinion about someone
All this qualities create the portrait of the leader.

The qualities of an entrepreneur
Some characteristics are not relevant for an entrepreneur, but by watching the entrepreneurs we can observe some similar qualities they have:
- the entrepreneurs are smaller than the average
- most of them start a business after 30, when they have enough experience and capital
- 3 out of 4 are married, and they are supported by their wifes
- usually they are the smallest in family, or only child
- they learn from the experience of their parents
- they come from environments where family is struggling for a better life and they learn to make profit from limited resources
- most of them have college and have been students over average
- they work a lot
- most of them start working early, around 15
- they want to start a business to gain control on their own destiny and because they refuse to work for others
- the entrepreneurs have good organizational and anticipation skills
- they are independents
- they always want to win and they don't like to lose
- they take risks and watch bankruptcy as something possible
- they like to be in charge of the situation and they have trust that they can make things better

How to Advance Your Career
Every person wants to get everything from life. Advancing in your career is one of those things that make your life better - more money, more opportunities, more knowledge, more connections etc. So is naturally that everyone wants to get on the top. But advancing in your career is not so easy. There are many factors influencing your career and many variables.
In some of my articles I've talked about planning and learning. This means that you must know what you are doing, and you must keep your things in order. This way your performances will improve. Better performances, better opportunities for advancing in career.
Here you have some things that you should consider: It's very important to learn, to set goals, to effectively manage your time, to build strategies, to improve your communicating skills, learn some psychology (to know how to handle people, build and maintain good relationships with many people), also self-discipline and controlling your emotions are very important, aim high, think positive, take risks and help others, they may give you something in return.
So you see it's all about you - you want to have better things - you have to do everything and you have to make sure that everything works the right way.

Even you can make Money online
I've started building websites and blogs 5 years ago. At the beginning I had no idea that internet is a money making machine. It was all about having fun and offering useful information. Later I found out from an article that I can earn money online, so I began to search for information. In this way I've discovered lots of websites about making money online, all of them saying how easy is to make money online and talking about network marketing, advertorials, affiliate programs, pay per click, pay per action and so on. It is hard for someone new in this field to start making money from the beginning, but if you have patience and the will to work, the results will come in the end. If you can convince someone to give you a piece of advice, it will be great, because at the beggining you need all the help you can get. If you already have an website with lots of visitors, half of the way it's already done, but for some people website monetization cand be more difficult to do than building tones of traffic. Even so, anyone who wants to make money, can make money and it's not a joke - this is the way life works.
Skeptics say you can't do it because they haven't done it from various reasons - lack of patience, lack of knowledge, wrong applying of knowledge or they just haven't got enough will, but I know you can do it.

A good salesman must acquire more qualities, skills, and a flexible manner of approach in order to offer a high-quality service to the customer.
These should be the qualities of a good salesman:
- energy and personal initiative

Personal characteristics and the personality of the sales agent have a huge impact on his performance, but we mustn't forget that he works in combination of conditions and circumstances like the type of product, the market, the buyer, characteristics of the company that buy, culture ecc. Success and efficiency of sales are influenced by the way the agent handle the knowledge of the products, the customers, the competition, the market, and the area in which he works.
An important factor in the behavior of the salesman is his ability to gather information about his own customers, beeing able to apreciate the individual value of each customer.
In his activity a salesman should be close to his customers, but he also must be carreful that he won't fail on measuring the satisfaction of his clients.
